Business Booster 2021

Industry-facing training designed to support PhD students in developing the practical knowledge and transferable skills to collaborate with businesses.

The Business Booster programme for 2021 is now closed and applications are not yet open for the 2022 programme. We will publish more information about the 2022 programme over the coming months.

Why get involved?

The training is designed to support researchers that are interested in collaborating with businesses within academia, or who are interested in working in the private sector after their PhD is complete. Participants will: 

  • Build your understanding of the business landscape and opportunities to heighten impact
  • Develop tools and techniques to communicate with industry
  • Gain opportunities to network with industry
  • Develop your understanding of Intellectual Property for collaboration
