Creating visual representations of our research is necessary to summaries findings and help highlight our key findings. However, while there are a lot of creative and and colorful ways to create tables and graphs, overly complicated visuals can actually prevent readers from understanding what they are seeing. This workshop will work through points for consideration when generating data visualisations. Examples will be presented using a combination or R and Stata output and code. No prior coding experience is required as this workshop will primarily focus on design elements.
