An introduction to mindfulness session, designed to help you discover more ease and fulfilment on your PhD journey and in everyday life. The session will include some gentle seated mindful movement, several different breathing techniques, and simple mindfulness meditation. You will also have some reflection time available, to help you consider any intentions and practices which would be most supportive to you on the PhD journey itself.
By the end of the session, you will have discovered some simple skills which can be easily woven into everyday life.
The session is accessible and inclusive to all, and no experience of mindfulness is required to participate.
