In this interactive workshop, you will have the opportunity to learn about the broad spectrum of ‘industries’ and how engagement can benefit your research and impact during and after the PhD, as well as open up new non-academic career pathways. You will hear from, and be able to ask questions to, researchers with experience in industry engagement, as well as share your own experiences and/or thinking with other participants. The session will be a chance to meet fellow PhD students from around Scotland and welcomes all PhD participants no matter what experience, if any, they have.
